The right pathway for the right mind
The Cognitive Lab is built for children, students, and ambitious learners who need more than chess instruction. It is for families and individuals who want sharper focus, stronger judgment, and a structured route to long-term mastery.
A pathway, not a class schedule. Measurement before methodology. Methodology before mastery.

The Lab
For: New leads, younger students, and families who want a diagnostic before committing.
What it does: Measures attention, focus, cognitive baseline, and readiness.

The Institute
For: Students who need structure, curriculum, and steady progression.
What it does: Builds disciplined thinking, logic systems, and repeatable learning.

The Foundry
For: Serious players, competitive students, and high-pressure performers.
What it does: Trains resilience, emotional control, and tournament-level performance.
Five levels. One pathway.
Development is measured in five levels, not by age or by rating alone. A student advances by demonstrating readiness, not by time served.
- Foundation — Board awareness, basic routines, and task completion.
- Focus — Sustained attention and completing longer thinking sequences.
- Strategy — Generating alternatives, evaluating consequences, and explaining decisions.
- Pressure — Applying routines under time limits, uncertainty, and competition.
- Mastery — Independent thinking, self-review, and reliable performance under challenge.
These are developmental levels, not intelligence rankings. A student may be advanced in one dimension and still developing in another.
Not every student enters at the same stage.
Every student is placed by readiness.
If you are looking for a place that simply fills an hour, this is NOT that institution.

If you are looking for a disciplined path toward sharper focus, stronger judgment, and durable performance.
